“The general philosophy within our city is that 'status quo is not acceptable'.  This philosophy provides no challenge to the folks at Computer Network Inc. for they completely agree with it.  Every time that I have come up with an idea of something that I would like to try, the folks at CNI have already thought of it, developed a way to pursue the idea, or are most willing to pursue the idea with me. Of course these enhancements are only made possible due to the absolute dependability of the basics of billing and reporting and the customer support of these functions.  The customer service that CNI provides is incredible.  They are completely unfamiliar with the notion of callbacks. If we have a question, we call them and get an answer immediately.  Our previous software vendors were either unable or unwilling to provide that level of support.

The largest fear that I had about going to new billing software, any software, was converting the database. CNI came to our site on a Saturday, installed and converted the database in one day, spent a couple of addition days training my staff on the system and it capabilities, then we billed the entire system, 14,000+customers, the following Friday.  There were no problems with the billing or reporting that first time nor have there been any problems any subsequent time. Our time with CNI has been well spent and will continue for years to come.” – Layne West
